The Anandilal Podar Trust proudly organized the 2nd Podar Nawalgarh Mini Marathon, a spectacular event in Nawalgarh. This marathon aimed to promote the spirit of a Better Nawalgarh, a better tomorrow! The event was graced by Nawalgarh MLA Mr. Vikram Singh Jakhal, Trustee Dr. Vedica Podar, Nawalgarh Police Deputy Superintendent Mr. Rajveer Singh, SHO Mr. Shugan Singh, Mr. Shrikant Murarka, and Executive Director Mr. MD Shanbhag, among others. Coordinated by Dr. Vinod kumar Saini, the marathon witnessed overwhelming participation, with over 1500 participants from Jhunjhunu and Sikar districts, including students, local citizens, and sports enthusiasts. 18 male and female participants of each category were awarded cash prizes, mementos, and certificates. The first prize of ₹5100, the second prize of ₹2100, and the third prize of ₹1100 were given to the winners, while all participants received certificates in recognition of their efforts.
In Group A (10-17 years), the men’s category winners were Vikram Khinchi (1st), Vishal Bhatt (2nd), and Navdeep (3rd), while in the women’s category, Krijan secured 1st place, followed by Ronak in 2nd and Tamanna in 3rd. In Group B (18-45 years), the men’s category saw Vipul Kumar Dhanka claim 1st place, with Rahul Kumar and Lokesh Kumar taking 2nd and 3rd positions, respectively. In the women’s category, Smriti Chaudhary emerged as the winner, followed by Sunita Saini in 2nd place and Bharti in 3rd. Principal Dr. Satyendra Singh announced the results and congratulated the winners.

The enthusiasm and energy displayed by the participants highlighted the growing fitness culture and sportsmanship in the region. While congratulating the winners, Podar Trust Chairman Mr. Rajiv Podar said that such events play an important role in promoting unity, sports and health.
In her vote of thanks, Trustee Dr. Vedica Podar expressed her heartfelt gratitude to all the dignitaries, participants, organizing committee members, volunteers, and supporters who contributed to the event’s grand success. She extended special appreciation to the Podar Educational Institutions  team for their dedication and commitment to promoting fitness and well-being in society. She emphasized that such initiatives not only encourage a healthy lifestyle but also bring the community together for a common cause. She thanked the Nawalgarh administration, sponsors, and media partners for their unwavering support and concluded by reaffirming the trust’s commitment to fostering a culture of sports and health in the region.
